Fresh Guava Juice

Guava is a common fruit rich in dietary fiber and vitamin C. It boosts your immunity. The antioxidants in guava can protect your skin from damage and delay signs of aging. Guavas can be used in the treatment of diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, cold, cough and weight loss

One of the simplest of fruits, but one of the most nutritious – that’s guava for you.


Ingredients: 
  • 2 medium sized guava
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 half glass of water

Method:
  1. Wash the guavas properly and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Take a mixi jar or bender. Put the guava pieces
  3. Now add water and honey and blend them
  4. Take the strainer to strain the juice to remove the broken seeds.
  5. Healthy, homemade and fresh juice is ready to serve.
